Deacon and Jones LLP are pleased to announce their appointment as the Post Contract QS/Employers Agent role for the extension/refurbishment works at The Mere Hotel and Golf Club.

Working for Developer The Select Group, the works will consist of 4 separate contracts including a Hotel Extension, a refurbishment of the existing Hotel and Conferencing Centre, refurbishment of the Spa and Gatehouse, and external works. The 4 separate contracts will run concurrently, with works starting now on Contract 1, and all contracts come together with a single PC date of June 2025.
