May 2023 is practical completion date for the new waterside external terraces to new leisure restaurant/bars overlooking the waterside canal basin at Lowry Outlet, Salford.

New external terraces have been formed to extend the existing walkways and provide a scenic view towards Manchester United FC over a waterside setting. The terraces also provide quirky container food/drink outlets beneath the terraces which allow public access directly to the waters edge.

D&J have acted as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent on this project with a shell cost of £2.7m.
