Refurbishment contract, to bring back to full glory a Landmark Hotel in Central London. Sitting in the prestigious Knightbridge area of London, and working with Operator Jumeirah, the scheme was to carry out an extensive Front of House refurbishment to Public areas and 179 Guestrooms and suites, with delightful new exquisite interiors to provide 5 star luxury. The Works also provide exciting new Dining opportunities, at The Chinoserie and Al Mare Dining, and The Peak Fitness Club & Spa. Works started on site September 2019, and opened in July 2021.

Refurbishment contract to bring a former City Centre Hotel, back to full glory. Working with Hotelier, Principal Hotel Group, the scheme is take a shell building, and fit out to provide 175 Beds to a 4 star conference facility on Colmore Row. Works are planned to commence January 2018, with an opening date of March 2019.

Deacon & Jones worked with the renowned restaurateur Paul Heathcote, on the modern and smart destination called London Road, the restaurant & wine bar in the heart of Alderley Edge. We worked as the quantity surveyor in the development of this successful eating place that serves a mix of classical British & French food using only the finest ingredients. The restaurant comprises an additional feature of outside dining on the front & rear of the premises as well as a private dining room with full audio / visual facilities and internet access.

The Works consisted of a major overhaul of the 20 Guest Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Dining Room, Snooker Room and other Private Function rooms at the Soho Private Members’ Club. The Club remained operational for the majority of the works and was completed in October 2009 on programme and budget.
Deacon and Jones continue to remain involved with this prestigious venue; planning, executing, monitoring and controlling possible enhancements to the members experience.

Working with StarWood Capital and Yotel, to refurbish a former office building, into a 259Bed Yotel. The works are for complete refurbishment, and turnkey handover : Start on site May 2018, with completion by July 2019.
