The Barton Square redevelopment at the intu Trafford Centre Completes. The project included an new vaulted and domed glass roof to enclose the open mall and open up the future proofed first floor to create additional tenant space.
Completion of an oak timber framed barn restoration and extension. Deacon and Jones acted as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyors on the project.
The roof is now on intu’s £75m investment and the Contractors focus is now on delivering the impressive interior finishes including new granite flooring, marble columns, statues, urns, palm trees and gold leaf in true Trafford Centre style.
