Our Services

Deacon and Jones are Professional Quantity Surveyors, and this is our Core Function. We do however offer additional services including Project Management, Project Co-ordination, Employer’s Agent duties, Contract Administration, Fund/Bank Monitoring.

Our Projects

Deacon and Jones cover all Constructions Sectors, from Commercial offices to Retail, residential to Leisure, industrial to Healthcare. We operate in both the Private and Public Sector. Since inception in 1975, Deacon and Jones have dealt with projects ranging in value from £100k, to £250M+.

Our Clients

We value each and every client, and over the course of 40+ years, we have provided services for many well known blue chip clients, and also many private individuals. All clients will receive personal contact with a Partner who will remain involved with a Project from inception to completion. Clients have been both from the Private Sector and from the Public Sector – each being provided with the same level of professionalism that is required by our RICS Standards.
