Deacon and Jones, acting as Quantity Surveyor, is one of the core team enabling the construction of the new £80m St. Stephen’s development in Hull for ING. This inspirational new mixed-use scheme, will totally transform the retail and leisure provision in Hull when it opens in Autumn 2008.
